MOSCOW, February 3 – RIA Novosti. The grouping of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donbass can make up two-thirds of the personnel, said Eduard Basurin, deputy head of the People’s Militia Department of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic.
“In principle, probably not 120 (thousand), but more. Now three more brigades are moving, a fourth is being prepared – this is about 20-25 thousand more. As a result, it will be up to 150 thousand. This is not counting the nationalists who also arrive here […]. These are two-thirds of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which are concentrated on a small sector of the front,” he said on the air of the 60 Minutes program on the Rossiya 1 TV channel.
Earlier, the DPR also stated that due to the preparation of the offensive, the Ukrainian authorities restricted the exit from the country for military-servicing citizens of military age.
