Acting Head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Chupriyan, on behalf of the President, will go to the Rostov Region, where refugees will arrive to help with their accommodation.
President Vladimir Putin instructed Acting Minister of Emergency Situations Alexander Chupriyan to go to the Rostov region to help create conditions for refugees from the DPR and LPR, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, TASS reports.
Putin also instructed to pay each refugee 10,000 rubles.
The governor of the Rostov region, Vasily Golubev, appealed to the president because of the unforeseen influx of refugees with the start of the evacuation from the Donbass.
The government specified that funds for payments to refugees will be allocated from the reserve fund.
